Normally I’m a brew my own coffee kind of a gal. But today I’ll be lining up with the rest of America. Why? It’s National Coffee Day! To celebrate the occasion today, many retailers are offering up free coffee or big discounts. Here’s a rundown of where to go to grab your java fix:
Dunkin’ Donuts: Free medium cup of Dunkin’ Donuts hot or iced dark roast coffee. The limit is one per guest, and is available at participating locations.
McDonald’s: Free small coffee at participating locations.
Panera Bread: Rewards members get a free coffee every day throughout the month of September.
Peet’s Coffee & Tea: Free small cup of Peet’s Major Dickason Blend with any purchase of a baked good, oatmeal or fresh food item.
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf: All sizes of iced coffee, flavored iced coffee, and iced Americanos are half off all day.
Wawa: Free coffee in the size of your choice.
Krispy Kreme: Free small coffee and original glazed donut.
LaMar’s Donuts: Free 12-ounce cup of coffee and free mugs while supplies last.
Sheetz: Free cup of coffee.
Pilot and Flying J locations: Free 16-ounce coffee or cappuccino with a coupon.
Staples: Post a photo on social media with your coffee mug and the hashtag #OfficeMugShot for the chance to win a free coffee pack.
Whole Foods: They’re celebrating all month long with 25 cent cups of 12-ounce coffee.
This one isn’t free but is sweet…
Caribou Coffee: Instead of giving people free coffee, for every cup of Amy’s Blend purchased on Sept. 29, Caribou will donate a cup of coffee to nurses and families in cancer centers throughout the country.
